About the CH-53E Super Stallion™ Heavy-Lift Helicopter:
An incredibly utilized workhorse of a helicopter, the CH-53E is capable of carrying a 26,000-pound light armored vehicle, and 16 tons of cargo or personnel 50 miles and back to lead assault or humanitarian missions. First used by the U.S. Navy in the late 1980s, the CH-53E is the U.S. Marines variant and has proven to be one of the most reliable assets in the history of Marine Aviation. Its most common use is as assault transport of Marine ground forces, but the Super Stallion is no stranger to long-range resupplies of covert Marines either.

Adorned with many of the features included in the real CH-53E, this model includes a fully detailed cockpit and interior, with folding benches and four working cargo and personnel winches. The outside of the model contains a functional rear cargo door with removable Zodiac boat included, as well as moving main and tail rotors, working landing gear, collapsible tail rotor boom, and a detachable roof for playability. Other features are the model’s three turbine engines, brick-built refueling probe, and window mounted BrickArms® M2HB machine gun with GAU-18 barrels and BrickArms feed chute. Printed elements include a custom FLIR (Forward-Looking Infrared) element, windows, and flare and chaff dispensers.
