Shipping Policy

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday and is closed on national holidays and weekends.
We strive to have orders fulfilled, and sent with carriers, within 1 to 3 business days.

Domestic Japan:

International Shipments: 

Services available:

  • STANDARD INTERNATIONAL - 1,200 JPY
  • DHL Express (1 weeks /Worldwide) 

*STANDARD INTERNATIONAL - it is for small parts or figs. 

*DHL Express - it is for custom kits or other big items. The price depends on its size and your location.

MOMCOM is not responsible for any duties, customs fees, or local taxes for all international shipments.

NOTE: We cannot ship to a PO Box.

MOMCOM will select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your location. You may either choose free shipping to a valid location, or choose a preferred carrier, but not both. In case we cost you much more than actual cost, we will refund you by giving you coupon for next order.

Returns Policy

The basic return and exchange conditions for products shipped by MOMCOM are as follows. You must complete the return request and ship the subject item within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Some products may have their own conditions. Please refer to the relevant section of the page for details.

Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason after 14 days of receiving the product. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless we are at fault.

Return and Exchange for Customer's Convenience

  • If the product is unused, unopened and undamaged: Full refund of the product price (including tax) by coupon.
  • If the package has been opened: Not be eligible for refund.

Regardless of the condition of the opened package, shipping and handling charges and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified. Clothing & fashion accessories, shoes & bags can not be returned after trying on.

The following cases are considered as opened.

  • The manufacturer's existing packaging has been opened or is damaged.
  • The product has been repackaged in such a way that it is intentionally damaged.
  • Product tags have been removed.
  • The plastic packaging of the parts has been opened.
  • Wires used to secure cables have been removed.
  • There are other signs of use on the product itself.

Returns and Exchanges due to problems or defects

The product price (including tax), shipping and handling charges, and gift wrapping fee will be fully refunded or exchanged for the same product.
